Thank you for shopping with Cowaramup Agencies. We are a local agricultural supplier based in Cowaramup, Western Australia, proudly serving the Margaret River region and beyond. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Click and collect

Free click and collect is available from our store at 63 Bussell Hwy, Cowaramup WA 6284. Simply place your order online and select click and collect at checkout. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup.

Store hours for collection:

Monday to Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock.

Local delivery — Margaret River region

We offer local delivery to customers in the Margaret River region using our own vehicles. Delivery availability, timeframes and any applicable charges depend on your location, the size of your order and product type. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order if you require delivery.

Australia-wide shipping

Many of our products can be shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery timeframes for Australia Post:

Western Australia metro: 2–5 business days
Eastern states: 5–10 business days
Regional and remote areas: may take longer

Please note these are estimates only. Cowaramup Agencies is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control.

Bulky and heavy items

Some products — including water tanks, fencing rolls, pumps, irrigation equipment and other large or heavy items — cannot be shipped via standard Australia Post. These items require a freight quote. Please contact us before ordering to arrange freight for these products.

Dangerous goods and restricted items

Certain products we stock — including gas bottles, agricultural chemicals, herbicides, pesticides and other dangerous goods — are subject to transport regulations and cannot be shipped via standard carriers. These products are available for in-store purchase or local delivery only. If you are unsure whether a product can be shipped to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Order processing

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a further notification when it has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. For local deliveries, our team will contact you directly to confirm delivery arrangements.
